Hi Matt,
I couldn't find a place to comment on Charlie's blog, so I thought I'd hop over here. I just wanted to let you know that there is a ton of online support for families who do the keto diet. I have a blog myself, my blog has links to other keto blogs, and there's also a great Yahoo group that connects families from all over the world (mostly the US, but there are some in Europe and other places, too). Some of the families in the Yahoo group also have other health considerations, so I'm sure there's someone there who has a child with autism, too.
My daughter has been on keto since the end of October. It was very tough at first, but it gets easier!
